Well, when I'm 14 and engaged in Benadryl and many other medicines with acetaminophen in them and for the past 13 years and now I'm very bad pain I always in my kidney area .... I have heard that prolonged use of acetaminophen can cause problems kidneys .... I'm going to see a doctor or just leave it alone .... More ... You know what could be burning?

Perhaps you have a kidney infection or kidney stones.
Acetaminophen taken over a long period of time can damage the liver. You can by a blood test to check your liver function.
Please consult your doctor.
