A family prepares to spend on space of three months in the U.S. space station on Mars. The family consists of father, John Robinson (45 years), his wife Maureen (41), (12 son) and (10 girls Judy) and Penny (14), Zachary and baby (7 months).
Your task is to make a report for the Robinson family prepared describing the various aspects of nutrition that they should take to stay healthy while staying on the Mars account.
