Repair Vcr Player To Repair A Mocking Bird (actually, It's A Vcr)...?

I had a VCR / DVD player recently died on me. It was a JVC HR-XVC33U and kablooey I went.
It's not eject a tape or DVD, which means that the band accepted, but can not be deleted, and not just open the DVD tray.
Does anyone know where I need a place they can find to repair?
I do not want to buy a new VCR ...
