I have been having left sided numbness from above my eyebrow to temple to crown of head ,headache, pain in ba, - eyebrow and temple neck

I had numbness on the left side of my head above the eyebrow, the crown of the head, I feel that all happen to pain in the neck, leg pain, headaches and migraines with a story was, but never such a thing before any idea whether this can be serious? There are no signs of other diseases with stroke may feel exhausted and dizzy, blurred vision, I am 39 years old
