I also have weight. I have found in the gym for 2-3 hours per day 5-6 days a week. I min 60 minutes cardio (20 elliptical, 40 minutes by bus CRA). I burn 1000 calories doing cardio 60 min. I make a lot of weight, but light. The only thing that will build my upper arm, because I want more of an hourglass look. But anyway, I'm 160 for some time. I want to lose another 10 pounds or less. I am 5 pounds away from my baby weight. 155.
My friends say I look around 130th I think it's because the muscle I have. Never look at the weight I .... Anyway ... Help.
(for those who wish to do so, I mean intake of 1200 calories per day ... I have to have a few calories, expecially since I spend so much time in the gym)

Plateau's are natures way of saying, it.Just cool to follow your plan and you miss a weight loss ten.Rapid is not good for your system to try to hold 1 pound or less randomly week.Good

Forget the scale, go through your clothes ... if they are loose, then you know who has lost. Now the buildings are muscle and it is harder ... Scale is not exact, because not explain everything.
